Friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our room's heating system was inconsistent, making it too warm for comfort during the night. Despite turning down the heating, it reset to a higher temperature on its own, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, the restaurant's early closing made ordering a welcome drink feel rushed and left us with a sour note at the end of our stay.

Visp is a charming town with delightful eateries, and I stumbled upon some gems nearby, like Suphanya Thai Restaurant and Brasserie Restaurant Fux, serving up delectable dishes. The hotel breakfast was a fresh feast of options, perfectly fueling my day of exploration. Plus, my room had a lovely balcony to take in the mountain views.
We had a spectacular coffee spill incident next door that dampened our spirits a bit, especially with no offer of a comp for our drinks. Thankfully, the hotel still managed to shine with its spacious and charming atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable for train travelers, just a
minute's walk from the Visp station. The room we had was spacious with a lovely modern touch. The heated towel rack was a great addition. Our only hiccup was the small lift, which required some patience during busy times.

Couple with good taste
Really enjoyed the spacious room with a comfy bed and a fantastic shower. The breakfast was a delightful treat, especially that fresh fruit salad that hit just right.
Wasn't exactly a bargain but still manageable.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel with our teenage kids and enjoyed the marvelous breakfast on the 6th floor, complete with stunning mountain views. The helpful front desk staff ensured our requests were promptly attended to, making it a stress-free family trip.
My kids wished for more English TV channels to unwind after our long day.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room for one night. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, perfect after traveling. I loved the heated towel rack and great water pressure in the shower. The view from the balcony was a nice bonus. The only downside? It felt a bit snug, but the design made it work. Really enjoyed my stay!

The room was large and clean, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. Enjoyed the powerful shower and the heated towel rack, though breakfast service could be more accommodating for early risers, as it started later than preferred. All in all, a solid choice.

The proximity to the railway station made traveling easy and opened up fantastic hiking opportunities. The room was spacious and spotless, equipped with a kettle and tea cups, which made for a lovely touch. Breakfast options were satisfying, particularly the delightful smoothies. However, the restaurant's reservation policy felt restrictive, leading to a frustrating experience when seats were prioritized for non-guests. Additionally, the service at times appeared indifferent, adding to the feeling of being overlooked during busy hours.
